I've struck GOLD (in frozen pizza)!!!

I have finally found it!!!!!! The best gluten free frozen pizza yet!!!

It was $4.99 at Aldi and not only is it totally tasty but it is also the PERFECT size. It fits one of my small dinner plates perfectly. If you have ever seen a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza it's basically the same size as that. So it's just enough pizza to fill you. It's perfect!!!

No Way!! Papa Johns now has gluten free pizza!!!

I was totally psyched about finding this out because Papa Johns is my oldest son's favorite pizza. So I got myself some tonight while the rest of the family got the regular kind. It was $9.99 for a small but it was convenient so I was okay with paying that much. The pizza was really tasty but the edges of the crust were kinda burned. But even with the burned crust it was totally good and it will be my go to option when everyone else gets Papa Johns.  It tastes just like their regular pizza just a bit more thin and crunchy.

Look at this pizza!!

It's my birthday!

Yup, I'm officially 35 today. Kurtis(my oldest) woke me up this morning to tell me he made me a special breakfast. He had cut up bananas and strawberries and out it on toast. As sweet as that was I wasn't gonna eat that toast and feel terrible all day so I just scrapped the fruit off my toast and out it in my oatmeal instead. Still tasty and delicious and it's the sweet thought that counts the most for me.

On the table was a multi -movie DVD of some of my favorite Melissa McCarthy movies including bridesmaids (which is one of my favorite Kristen Wiig movies too) and the best part is it had the free Vudu digital copy too. I LOVE buying movies that have the free digital copy on Vudu because we have Rokus all over our house and we don't have DVD players everywhere. Plus, if I am out and about and I want to watch a movie while I have lunch or while I am waiting for something or someone I can just pop out my phone and watch or listen to a movie anywhere I want. Pretty snazzy!!!!!

The card though, it cracked me up. For my husband's birthdays, I always write out a meaningful message and Kris is a man of small words so he always gets me a funny card. This year, I got a giggle. You guys, check out this card......

Review: Daiya gluten free fire roasted vegetable

This pizza is actually not only gluten free but also vegan so it's dairy free and it's also soy free.

I have to say I am impressed! This is the best gluten free frozen pizza I've had yet. The texture is just like regular thin crust frozen pizza. The cheese tastes totally normal and it's not even real cheese! I didn't really like the look of the veggies that were on the top so I just dumped them off while the pizza was still frozen. It was about the size of a small dinner plate and I are about half of it. It was GOOD!! I'm really interested in trying the meatless pepperoni pizza by them. Hoping the pepperoni will taste real and that will be my new go to pizza.

Thanks Daiya!! Even being vegan your pizza is pretty freaking rocking!

Review: Amy's Gluten Free Rice Crust Cheese Pizza

To be honest, I was really excited about this because when my boys are in soccer on the nights they have practice we usually have a frozen pizza or bagel bites and I have to make myself something else. I thought, this is great I'll have my own little personal pizza when the kids are in soccer again.

Well, the only good think about this pizza was the fact that it is good for dieting because I couldn't eat more then half of it.

The texture of the crust is perfect thin crust pizza. I just don't know if it was the taste of the crust or the taste of the sauce or cheese but the more you eat the less good it tastes. But the pizza crust wasn't all flakey and cracker like as most gluten free pizzas are. So I wanted to like it I just couldn't get past the ever growing taste.

Sorry Amy's you just weren't that good.👎💔

Start a blog? ......Why not!

I love to write and what better a place to start then here on blogger?

So, a little bit about me....
I'm a mother to 3 kids (All boys). I married the guy I fell in love with over the lunch table in the 9th grade. We will be coming up on 10 years of marriage in September. I'm a Christian. I have Endometriosis so I have to avoid soy. I'm lactose intolerant so I can't have milk all though cheese does not affect me as badly so I stupidly eat that even though I know it's not good for me. And I just recently found out that I am gluten sensitive so I've also cut that out of my diet.

Why did I start this blog?
Well, #1- I love to write so why not?
#2- Sometimes I just want to talk to someone and sometimes I got no one to talk to so if I write I feel more like someone is actually listening even if no one really is.I
#3- Its a good place to keep a record of the things going on in my life and all around me. So here I am!
